Reservation Rules

All reservations are subject to availability and must be secured with a valid payment method at the time of booking. Guests agree to provide accurate booking details and to comply with all property policies during their stay. STAYOO Suites may update rates, minimum stay requirements, and availability at any time before a reservation is confirmed.

Payments and Cancellations

Payment terms are provided at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated in your reservation confirmation, cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, early departures, and no-shows may be charged for the first night or more, depending on the reservation terms.

House Policies and Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to respect quiet hours, maintain a smoke-free environment, and use the suite and shared areas responsibly. Occupancy must not exceed the number confirmed in the reservation. Any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning caused during the stay may be charged to the payment method on file. By booking, guests acknowledge that they are responsible for following check-in and check-out instructions and for leaving the suite in good condition.
